Bethlehem Golf Course - (610) 691-9393

I like Bethlehem Municipal. Yes, the rangers are cranky retirees who don't want to be out in the heat, and yes there are like 7 par 4's over 400 yards. But I just like it. I hit clubs I don't normally hit in a round of golf at most other courses. I don't know another course where I go driver then 4 wood on a par 4. And I do that on a few holes here. I like the par 5's and the par threes can fool you. Overall, I think it is one of my favorites in the area.

Over 7000 yards and no water. Don't try and walk it in the middle of summer. The gents in the clubhouse and at the first tee are characters...hometown Bethlehem boys with a lot of stories. Not a lot of big trouble on this one, but it seems to grab you at your weaknesses and not let go. Fairly flat, with a lot of trees. For a mmunicipal course, you can't beat it. Team up with someone from Bethlehem, and you'll save money if you split up the total, because locsal residents get a discount.
